 Used Protech twice now, both times have been terrific. As an ex diesel mechanic I knew right away Brad (the owner) knew his stuff.
Their workmanship is great, and their service is better; my vehicle left me for dead on my way to work one evening, I called Protech and Brad stayed late so the vehicle could be locked in their compound and not have tools thefted. Brad and his team were also very good at applying the right diagnostic procedures so overspending was avoided, and that right there is a huge part of being a top-tier shop.
They offer every service a dealer can...with none of the scams, the high rates, nor the incompetence.
My wreck goes to Protech! 

 we were absolutely impressed with the quality of help we got, the friendliness of everyone every step along the way. As far as Protech was concerned, we found the entire staff to be accommodating, especially considering that our truck was booked in on very short notice.  The whole staff went above and beyond to help us out.  In particular we found that Brad Hunt, the owner and lead mechanic was personable, conscientious and knowledgeable.
