dropped in to see why my 2004 F350 was running rough and when I talked to Brad and told him the symptoms and that I needed to be in Golden the next day to drop my grandson off with my daughter the team jumped in to make sure it happened the y had the truck back on the road and running in a few hours. They also dropped me off at home while the work was being done even though all the bays were full of vehicles being worked on. They treated me with the respect and concern that one can only wish for when dealing with vehicle issues. My hat is off to the team at Protech!! They came through for me.
